Coach McCleary was a standout player at Dover HS in the late 1990s and went on to play college ball at the University of Virginia. Coach McCleary has many years of coacing experience and was also a part of championship teams playing for the Hallam Express and Dover in the Suquehanna and Central Leagues for over 20 years.
