Micro Cardinals Family,
Picture day is on March 3rd at the Brier Field which is the same day as the pancake breakfast (8am-12pm) and the Hit-a-Thon.
The Micro Cardinals are scheduled to take pictures at 10:30am. To keep pictures running smoothly they ask that you have your order form completed before you arrive at the fields. Each player gets a basic package for being a league player (1 5X7 team picture, 1- button, 1 3x5 individual picture and 4 wallets). If you choose to purchase additional pictures the company will not be able to provide change so check or exact cash is needed.
Immediately after the pictures we will participate in the Hit-a-Thon. I am attaching the form so you can start working on pledges (a flat donation is the easiest way to go). Each team member is required to bring in $25 of pledges for the Hit-a Thon, this portion goes directly to the league. Anything over $25 will go towards our $600 obligation to the league. I will also have copies of the form with me so if you need a copy please just ask. As of right we only have the one Team Sponsorship from Joe, please make every effort to get Sponsorships and turn them in to me as soon as possible. We really want the kids to have their jackets for opening day.
The last item is the team banner, we are ordering the team banner this week to ensure we have it for our pictures. We are asking for $10 from each player so we can purchase the banner. Many of you have already given me the money, for those of you that have not if you can please bring it to the next practice it would be much appreciated. The last thing I need is an email from each family letting me know that the spelling of your child's name is correct, as this will be what is printed on the team banner.
I have also attached a form for a league fundraiser at Big5, all you have to do is bring the attached form in with you and the FNYB league will receive 5% of your total purchase. I look forward to seeing you at the next practice.
