It was a good weekend both on and off the field with a number of events and activities taking place. On Friday evening the Gaelic Start programme for P1-P4 children got underway while on Saturday the Fermanagh District Council 'Come and Try GAA' Event was well supported by the 8-12year olds in the village.
Saturday also seen our Juniors pick up a fifth straight win in the league as they beat Maguiresbridge 3-12 to 1-4. Jack O'Dolan, Aidan McGrath and Damien Holleran among the goals.
Sunday seen the Seniors travel to previously unbeaten Derrygonnelly and record a fully deserved 2-10 to 1-6 victory. Ciaran Flaherty and Jonathan Feeley bagging the goals. Full reports on both matches are on the club website. Training continues Tuesday, Thursday and Friday this week.
Best of Luck to Brian Cox, Shane McCabe and the rest of the Fermanagh panel in this Sunday's Ulster Championship encounter with Cavan in Brewster Park at 2pm.
We also wish Oisin McGrath all the best as he represents the club during the Half Time primary school game at the Fermanagh v Cavan match.
A registration evening has been organised for Monday 17th June from 9pm to 9.30pm in the Parish Centre for those wishing to enrol in the Kelloggs GAA Cul Camp which takes place from the 22nd to 26th July.
An information meeting will be held on Thursday at 8pm in the Parish Centre. There will be a display on how to use the Defibrillator on the night. Anyone interested in completing training in using a defibrillator should contact Sean Burns, Elish Gray or firstname.lastname@example.org for further information.
