Club Notes

Jul. 22, 2013

Cul Camp begin today up at the field from 10.30am to 1pm and runs until Friday. We hope all participants are enjoying the event.

The Seniors suffered two league defeats last week to Kinawley and Erne Gaels, as a result they remain bottom of the table with only a handful of games remaining. This weekend sees the start of the Senior Championship. Belcoo face Lisnaskea in Brewster Park on Sunday at 2.30pm. Best of luck to the players and management.

The Junior Championship Semi Final between Belcoo and Coa takes place tomorrow (Tuesday) at 8pm in Derrylin. we wish the players and management all the best for this encounter.

It was a mixed bag for our U16 boys last week, a big win over neighbours Devenish last Thursday was followed up by a narrow defeat to St. Pat's in a 4-10 to 3-11 affair on Sunday afternoon. On Wednesday evening they U16s host Aughadrumsee at 7.30pm.

Current Standing in U16 League:

Under 16 SECTION B
  P W D L Pts
Kinawley 5 4 0 1 8
Erne Gaels 3 3 0 0 6
St. Pat's 4 3 0 1 6
Belcoo 4 2 0 2 4
Maguiresbridge 4 1 0 3 2
Aughadrumsee 3 0 0 3 0

The U16s girls lost their final to Aughadrumsee last week but it has been an encouraging season none the less, thanks to Tim and Donna for their time and effort.
