The club took 27 kids and 3 teams to the Go Games Blitz at Lissan last Saturday where the players also got to meet and greet the Fermanagh Senior team. A thoroughly enjoyable day was had by all, we thank our own coaches and the county coaches for their time and effort.
P1-P6 training continues on Saturday from 10.30am to 11.45am.
The U10 League run by Derrygonnelly commences this Friday evening, Belcoo host Ederney, throw in 7.30pm. More details on weebly.
Our Under 14 boys take centre stage on Wednesday night when they play St. Pat’s in the Division 3 League Final, throw in is 7.30pm. Venue to be confirmed by Youth Board asap. Best of Luck to Paul, Eugene, Sharon and the boys. All support greatly appreciated. Training continues tonight, Monday from 7pm to 8.15pm.
The Under 14 Girls league was due to start this week but it has been pushed back to Monday 16th May. Training continues tomorrow, Tuesday from 7pm to 8.15pm.
Minor training continues on Wednesday 11th May at 7.30pm. Next game is scheduled for Sunday 22nd May.
The Seniors recorded a first league win of the season after a tight contest with neighbours Devenish in Garrison on Friday night, Belcoo coming out 1-16 to 0-14 winners.
The Juniors scored 2-17 but were on the losing side after a high scoring affair in Brewster Park on Saturday evening, the Gaels hitting 4-13 to run out winners by two points. This Saturday, Belcoo host Erne Gaels at 6.30pm in the Juniors, there is no Senior fixture.
Adult training continues tonight at 7pm, Wednesday at 8.30pm and Friday at 8.30pm.
There was no winner of the club lotto jackpot on Monday 25th April, the letters drawn were A, D, M, R, Y. Lucky dip £15’s went to Patricia Rasdale, Margaret Scott, Derek Furey and Kevin Maguire (Railway Road). Lotto Jackpot is now £4,200. Tickets available in all local outlets.
