Club Notes

YOUTH

Our Saturday Morning training continues from 10.30am to 11.45am at the Football Pitch for P1 to P6 Boys & Girls.

Our P4 & P5’s took part in the Fermanagh GAA Indoor Blitz at the Lakeland Forum on Sunday and all had an enjoyable experience. This Sunday our U10’s will play at Half Time in the Fermanagh v Clare National League game, more details on weebly.

P5/P6 Skills Focused Sessions will run for 4 weeks in Belcoo Community Centre, commencing tonight, Monday from 7pm to 7.45pm. After the 4 weeks concludes it moves to P3/P4 sessions.

It was a good weekend on the field with our Under 14’s Boys recording a 6-3 to 0-7 victory over Teemore on Saturday while the Minors recorded a 5-13 to 3-7 victory over Erne Gaels on Sunday.

U14 Boys training continues Tuesday and Thursday from 7pm to 8.30pm. Minor Boys training continues tonight, Monday, in BeFit Gym from 8pm to 9pm.

Our Under 14 Girls training being tonight, Monday from 7pm to 8.30pm and will continue Wednesday at the same time. New players welcome.

Can those willing to host players for the Feile in June, please return the Vetting information to Lucia or Paul this week.

HEALTH & WELL BEING

The club are seeking interest from anyone within the club and community over 65 years of age who would be interested in taking up a position on the Fermanagh GAA Health & Well Being tour of Croke Park on Saturday 8th April. Transport, Lunch, Stadium & Museum Tours all provided at no cost. If you know of anyone who would be interested. Please get in touch with a club committee member before tonight, Wednesday 15th March.

Social Initiative, date for the diary. The clubs Health & Well Being Committee are hosting a Tea Dance on Sunday 2nd April in the LCC from 5pm to 8pm with Music by Mountain Fever. Voluntary Donations in aid of Marie Curie Cancer. Everyone welcome.

OTHER

Just 10 remain in the Last Man Standing competition for the £500 prize as it enters week five. More details on the club website.

Club Membership is now due and must be paid prior to 31st March 2017. Underage Player £5, Adults £20 or Family for £40 which is two adults plus all kids. Can be done online via Klubfunder link on website or by paying any committee member.

LOTTO

There was no winner of the club lotto Jackpot on Monday 13th March. Letters drawn were F, K, Q, V, W. Lucky dips went to Noah McGovern, Paul Leonard, Ciara Parker and Fiona Gallagher. Two monthly £50's went to John Higgins and Gerry McAloon. Next draw on Monday 20th March for Jackpot of £6,500.
