What a fabulous weekend we had at the All Ireland Feile na nOg. Our U14 Girls topped their group with 4 wins before going down in the Semi Final of the Cup to Balyna of Kildare. The Boys finished third in their group before winning a Quarter Final tie against Drumgoon but they also fell at the Semi Final stage of the Shield after a narrow loss to Laragh United from Cavan.
We had a great time with our visiting clubs Wolfe Tones from Armagh and Scotland Ladies over the weekend, great friendships were formed and a thoroughly enjoyable few days were had. Massive thanks to everyone who contributed in any way to what was a memorable event.
The Feile brought the Under 14 boys season to a close, we thank Paul McGrath and Emmet Scollan for their time and efforts with that panel from since early January.
The Girls return to training on Wednesday from 7pm to 8.30pm as they prepare for the Division 2 League Final with Belanleck which has still to be given a date, time and venue.
The Under 16 Boys league is due to commence on Thursday 13th July. Training will begin shortly.
