Belcoo though eventually sorted themselves and put together a good move that led to Lawrence McKeown banging in the first of his eight goals of the night. Conor McKeown made a great run to collect a well placed kickout from Jamie Ray out on the left wing. Maguiresbridge penned back Belcoo for a full three minutes at the start of the second half but some latch ditch defending by substitute Dara Flanagan, Mark Ferguson and Jamie Ray between the sticks kept the hosts at bay. The O'Rahilly's broke downfield with Emmett McGuinness and Conor McKeown who set Cormac McHugh away for a drilled point. Lawrence McKeown kicked two more points having been supplied good passes by Patrick Martin and Conor McKeown before the goal trail was hit again.
Jack Greene fired in a great goal on 38minutes however the hosts went downfield and won a penalty which Luca McCusker duly dispatched past Ray for 7-7 to 3-5 at that juncture.
