Club Notes

Our Youth Presentation takes place this Sunday 26th November at 6pm in the LCC Centre as we look back and acknowledge the efforts and endeavours of our youth players in 2017. We encourage all parents and players to attend.

NOTICE FROM CCC CHAIRMAN - All those with an interest in gaelic games, and underage club activity in particular, are invited to an open meeting this Thursday evening (23rd November) at 7:30pm in the Westville Hotel, Enniskillen. This meeting will provide a forum to club members, coaches, parents and underage players on the review of underage club competitions in Fermanagh. The purpose of the meeting will be to provide feedback on the outcome of the recent survey that was undertaken and to explore possible competition structures for the 2018 year.



There was no winner of the club lotto Jackpot draw on Monday 13th November 2017. Letters drawn were E, K, L, T, Y. Lucky dips went to Phil Corrigan, John Paul McTiernan, Joanne Walsh and John Flanagan. Next weeks Jackpot is for £2,350.

There was no winner of the club lotto Jackpot draw on Monday 20th November 2017. Letters drawn were  C, E, H, N, R. Lucky dips went to Celia Burns, Joanne Walsh, Patricia Rasdale and Claire Lavery. Next weeks Jackpot is for £2,400.


The club will pay for anyone who is interested in attending Coaching Coaches. You must attend all days in order to gain the qualification.

Award 1 Course - 24th, 25th & 26th November - (Must have done foundation award in order to do this). Foundation Award - 26th & 27th January (includes Safeguarding) and another Foundation Award will be run 16th & 17th February (Includes Safeguarding).


The Club's AGM will take place in the LCC Centre on Sunday 10th December at 5pm. We encourage all our players, parents, members, supporters and anyone new to the area with an interest in Gaelic Football to come along. More help is needed in build on the good work done to date and continue to take the club forward. The club values fresh ideas and opinions and these are needed in order for the club to be successful in the future.


Best of Luck to neighbours Belnaleck in this Saturday nights Ulster Junior Championship Football Final.


The club extends its deepest sympathy to the families of Teresa Corrigan and Katie Sweeney who have passed away in the village in recent weeks, may they rest in peace.
