Jennifer Hornsby is a certified member of the United States Professional Tennis Association (USPTA) since 2009. From 2008 to 2013, she successfully coached the USTA Junior Team Tennis program with the New Haven Youth Tennis and Education 14 Intermediate, 14U advanced, and 18U Intermediate teams to multiple state and sectional championships. She was the coach and program coordinator for the Girls Only tennis program for New Haven Youth Tennis and Education with the positive focus on girls and their image. She successfully coached Girls Varsity Tennis team at Platt High school in Meriden Ct, from 20010-2013, with players advanced to multiple individual and team championships. In 2012, successfully launched Panthers Elite Summer Tennis Camp in Meriden, Ct. As the camp director, she helped to construct the camp activities, the developmental and teaching of young tennis players in the camp. Coach Jennifer is the 2013 USTA New England Edwin Goodman Family of the Year award winner, 2015 USTA Southern Crescent Family of the Year winner, 2015 USTA Georgia Richard C. Botsch Educational Merit Award winner. She is currently the director of “Serving4Success”, a community outreach tennis program that help children in the low-income areas in Newnan, Ga. She coaches her daughter Varsity Girls tennis team at East Coweta High School, Sharpsburg Ga. She enjoys playing tennis with her children and competing in ALTA/USTA leagues and tournaments.
