PLEASE READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE PROCEEDING.

(INCOMPLETE REGISTRATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED)

Registration is a multi-step process.

1)     Membership in US Lacrosse is required.  You will need a valid/current US lacrosse # to register.  If you do not have a current US Lacrosse Membership, go to www.uslacrosse.org to join or renew and obtain a US Lacrosse Membership number(#).  Expiration date of membership must be after June of the current season. US Lacrosse membership is required of all participants.  Membership in US Lacrosse allows the program to participate in US Lacrosse sponsored insurance programs as well as providing access to educational and other lacrosse focused support, education and training programs.

2)     After you have a US Lacrosse #, go to www.fiaalax.com and register on-line.  Click on the Registration link (see below).  Registration must be completely filled out in order for roster spots to be saved. Space is limited and incomplete registrations will not be accepted. ***Late registrations will be filled on a space available basis and are subject to a $25.00 late fee.***

3)     A current YMCA release form and an FIAA release will be required at the first practice.  Forms can be found under the forms section on the website. Please Note: Forms can be printed during the registration process or can be found under the "forms" section of the website.
