Like & Share:Food Stand

Please sign up for a least 2 slots per player, please select a date(s)
We request that each parent fill at least two slots per player.  Depending on final player count, we should be good with two slots.

If you have not signed up, class reps have been trying to reach you.

Email Kerry Palumbo at kpalumbo13@gmail.com specifying parent & player name along with game (s) selected.  We will try to update in real time.

Copies of the sign-up sheets will be at club meetings, team meals & in the food stand.

General instructions for Varsity Games (Fridays) 13 Volunteers scheduled (10 in food stand, 3 under tent Candy, Spirit items)
Kickoff 7pm, Gate opens to public at 6PM.

We prefer to have stand ready to go at 6PM.
Kevin Troch, Dale Hoffman & Jerry Strubinger are there at 3pm prepping the grill.

If you can't make it by 6 don't let that stop you from signing up. 

Half the volunteers trickle in between 6 & 7.
After the game the stand needs to be cleaned and 3 people need to count the money boxes.

General instructions for JV Games (Mondays) 5 Volunteers scheduled 
Kickoff times 6pm unless otherwise stated, Gates opens to public all afternoon.

We prefer that you make it to the stand before the end of the MS game.
There is no grill service, minimum prep other than soft pretzels.
After the game the stand needs to be cleaned and 2 people need to count the money boxes.

General instructions for MS Games (Mondays) 5 Volunteers scheduled
Kickoff time 5pm unless otherwise stated, Gates opens to public all afternoon.

We prefer to have stand ready to go at 4:30.
There is no grill service, minimum prep other than soft pretzels.
After the game the stand needs to be cleaned and 2 people need to count the money boxes. (unless there is another game directly afterwards)
