May 21, 2017 - Shockers Boys Win 17U MA State Tournament in Impressive Style

The Shockers 11th grade / 17U team, coached by Joe and Matt Fish, capped off an impressive weekend with a 59 - 47 throttling of the Boston Warriors as they won the NEAAU DIII MA State Championship tournament held in Waltham.  The team led from start to finish as a result of their explosive outside shooting and transition offense.  Outstanding contributions from each and every player and a strong mix of MTTE was the reason for victory.  Great job, gentlemen!

The 10th Grade charges of Coaches Fish and Smith played four outstanding games at the recent Zero Gravity Boston Breakout Challenge Tournament in Milton, MA.  The boys demonstrated a high level of resiliency under pressure and they finished the tourney undefeated.  Their final game against a strong EVO team resulted in a 51-50 OT win.  This team has been improving year after year and the sucess this weekend is due to their commitment to teamwork.  MTTE!  Great job, men.
