10.16.2018 All Wrestlers: Weight testing - Skinfold #1 will be early this year >>Tuesday, Oct. 16 right after 7th hour and before your fall sports practice. For those of you new to HS wrestling and want info about skinfold testing> Per WIAA rules all wrestlers must pass HYDRATION test then SKINFOLD measurements are taken. The weight at the time of the skinfold and the measurements are used to calcualte and determine a wrestlers minimum safe weight class. For more info contact Coach Woz OR go here:
